Have you tried face cupping yet?

I am willing to try anything to reduce the signs of aging. One day I came across face cupping. I’ve heard of cupping larger areas of the skin for pain and relaxation, but I had not been aware that you could do this on your face. I knew that cupping on your body could be very beneficial but sometimes cause some bruising. Nonetheless, I was intrigued.

So… I ordered some facial cups ( from Amazon).

Immediately I notice a brightness that happens whenever you increase blood flow to the face, but as time went on I started to notice my laugh lines fade!I would definitely recommend adding cupping to your skincare routine. Do this only once or twice a week and you will notice a difference in your skin. Using this tool could be somewhat intimidating but it is so easy once you get the hang of it. Don’t use this technique if you have a history of blood clots, broken capillaries, or are prone to bruising.

Here is my method:

1.Clean your face- You don’t need to deep clean just remove makeup or oil. You will wash your face again after .

2. Apply oil- Never cup dry skin, the oil helps the suction and prevents bruising.

3. Cup your face in a upward motion. Sqeeze the cup once you place it on your face and release as you pull off. It’s very important to keep the cup moving.

4. Now clean your face using your normal cleanse, tone, moisturize routine.

5.Enjoy less wrinkles and fine lines!!!!!!
